As spelt out in the Vision & Mission, it is a continuous endeavor of the College from the day of its inception to imbibe cleanliness and aesthetic values as a part of the holistic approach to the development of young girl students into responsible citizens of the country.
One of these endeavors takes the form of maintaining a clean and green campus with constant maintenance of hygienic toilets with regular water supply, sanitary napkin vending machine, clean floors, dust free class rooms, safe drinking water, and lush and green lawn and plantation in the open space.
The College maintains strict cleanliness rules. Campus cleaning drives are initiated by NSS from time to time. Tree plantation is an important activity conducted by the Students' Social Awareness Club. Judicious use of water resources and electricity have always been important actions of environmental consciousness.
The College has taken initiative to conduct water audit of supply and use of water resources in the campus to ascertain proper use of this precious resource.
The College now has a MGNCRE Cell with faculty
members heading the different divisions of the Cell
is active in implementing the Swacchata Action Plan
(SAP). Students have been inspired to take part in
the Cell activities and competitions conducted by
the MGNRCE, MoE.
