Students who have not yet filled up their forms of Part- I Examination, 2016, may fill up their forms on Wednesday, 15/06/16 between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Note : The following documents are required at the time of Filling the Form

1. Madhyamik, H.S. Original Marksheet, Admit, Registration with photocopy
2. All C.U. Original Mark Sheet and Admit Card with photocopy
3. Two stamp size photograph ( Current)
4. Gum
5. Scissor
6. Fee book for date of admission in 1 st year
7. Black ball pen
