Verification of Documents

Newly admitted candidates whose documents have not been verified are instructed to bring the following documents on 15/07/2019. Attestation should be done preferably by the Head of the Institution or any gazetted officer.

1. 1) Print copy of Admission form
2. 2) Admission payment chalan
3. Caste Certificate (Original & 1 attested Photocopy)
4. Original Mark-sheet (Original & 1 attested Photocopy)
5. Income Certificate
6. Character Certificate (Original & 1 attested Photocopy)
7. Migration Certificate ( For Boards other than WB Board of H.S. Education, ISC and CBSE) (Original & 1 attested Photocopy)
8. Age-proof certificate (Original & 1 attested Photocopy)
9. Certificate for Person with disability (Original & 1 attested Photocopy)
10. 2 copy passport size Photograph
