For requirement of T.C./ Character Certificate/ Migration form/ Provisional Certificate/ Duplicate Admit Card/ Duplicate Marksheet

Following documents are required for the T.C./Character Certificate:

• For T.C. - Application to the Principal, First year admission Challan, Photocopy of Part III Result and Original College Identity Card, Photocopy of Registration Certificate
• For Character Certificate- Application to the Principal, Photocopy of Part III Result, Photocopy of Registration Certificate

Following documents are required for the Principal's signature in Migration form/ Provisional Certificate/ Duplicate Admit Card/Duplicate Marksheet :

•  Migration form/ Provisional Certificate/ Duplicate Admit Card/Duplicate Marksheet form will be available from University of Calcutta office / University of Calcutta Website.
• Photocopy of Registration Certificate
• Photocopy of Part III, Part II and Part I Results
   

All Certificates and Forms will be available after 7 working days from the College office duly verified and signed.
Guardians may collect the above mentioned documents with proper authorization and I.D. proof.
