Anti-Ragging form online

Students of both semester 3 and 1 are requested to fill up the Anti-Ragging form online and submit it, thereafter they have to take a print out of it, get it signed by their guardians and submit the hard copy of it to their respective departmental teachers within 10th December 2021 by clicking the following link given here.

HODs are requested to collect the signed hard copies (by students themselves and their guardians) from the students and write the number of total students present and the number of the forms submitted, while submitting these to the Anti-ragging committee.
