In continuation of Ref. GMGC/ADMIN/25-26/No.151 dated 09/09/2025 the following points are to be noted in connection with publication of electronic version of Miscellany 2025.

·        Departmental Heads/ Senior most Teachers, Co-ordinators of Cultural, Literary & Social Awareness Clubs, Conveners of  Sports , NSS, NCC & Social Outreach committees are requested to submit a tabular summery of departmental / club / committee activities to miscellany.gmgc@gmail.com by 15/11/2025 in the following format.

          Kindly note that student participation in sports/ annual day etc. or individual capacity at external events are not to be included under departmental activities.

·        A new section on Students Research will be incorporated in Miscellany 2025. Entries are invited from students in this category.

·        The revised date for submission of Magazine entries is 15/11/2025 midnight.

·        Photographs & Drawings are to be submitted in soft version only.

·        Written matter is to be submitted in both electronic & hard copy versions. Hard copies are to be submitted to the following students:
