Quotation for Fire Alarm System

 

Quotation is invited  for “Fire Alarm System” in Gokhale Memorial Girls’ College, Kolkata, from certified bidders/suppliers /registered Companies. The envelope must be sealed & super scribed as “Fire Alarm System” .The sealed envelopes should be submitted in the Drop Box placed at the main building entrance from 28.08.2025 to 04.09.2025 between 10.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. on all working days. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

1.       Quotation including all expenses and excluding installation & demonstration

2.       Payment terms, Bank details and other relevant documents is to be submitted in hard copies by 04.09.2025 in the College Drop Box.

3.       Warranty should cover 12 months from the date of installation/purchase.

4.       Vendors must apply with their Income Tax/ Sale Tax clearance certificate, GST Registration number & Credentials without which the quotation will be summarily rejected.

5.       The rates will be inclusive of GST etc.

6.       Installation charges should be mentioned separately if applicable.

7.       Payment will be made after 15 days of satisfactory functioning of the installations of Fire Alarm System or time of purchase.

8.       The materials will be rejected if any defect and/or deviation in quality from specification or of old stock are found.

9.       GST & ITDS will be deducted as per norms.

10.   The College reserves the rights to accept or cancel the quotation, unilaterally without assigning any reason prior to placement of orders without incurring any liability or any obligation and no correspondence from either side in that matter will be entertained.
