Students are asked to apply to the Principal, forwarded by the Department for change in minor subject only in the following format:

Name of the Major Subject	Name of the Minor Subjects during Admission		Name of Changed Minor Subjects
	Minor 1	Minor 2	Minor 1	Minor 2

They must submit the original application form for admission in the college along with the application for change in subject.
